We didn't know our worlds would collide and like a set of dominoes, would eventually lead up to this beautiful moment. After we met at the concert, we got together to study a few times and eventually started to order dinner, watch movies, and listen to the same music. Before we knew it, these little moments became something we both looked forward to. We became closer and closer and even made plans to travel together and visited NYC and Washington D.C. to see the cherry blossoms. However, we both were shy and afraid to take the next step. On a beautiful summer day, we decided to go for a walk at a park. The setting sun was glowing on the gazebos and the river, the distant ice cream truck was playing its usual music and I finally worked up the courage to ask Gina out. We quickly fell in love with each other and with every moment we created together, we felt closer than ever. We created many memories, from driving up to Lake Erie and seeing the milky way galaxy to exploring NYC from the Brooklyn Bridge to Central Park, and eventually our first trip out of the country to Niagara Falls and Toronto. We were so immersed in the world we created together that we didn't realize how fast the time passed, it was almost summer again. We planned our first trip to Europe, and I was beyond ecstatic not only because I was going for the first time and with the person I love, but also because I was planning to propose! We went from the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland to France. I thoroughly enjoyed our adventure, but I was overall relieved when we arrived to Paris and I hadn’t lost the ring! Finally, while watching the sunrise over the Trocadero and enjoying a violinist playing in the background… Gina said to me, "It's so nice that there's a violinist here. I wonder if they always have this?" I smiled and said, "No, I don't think so," and got down on one knee and asked her to marry me I saw how surprised and happy she felt while saying yes!
