The Santa Barbara County Courthouse is a working courthouse and public space, but don't let that fool you - it's one of the most stunning historic landmarks in California. Our ceremony will take place in the breathtaking Mural Room. Once you arrive at the courthouse, enter through the main entrance under the Grand Arch at 1100 Anacapa Street. Head up the steps to the right and follow signs for the Mural Room on the second floor.
The courthouse is centrally located in downtown Santa Barbara and is easily accessible by rideshare or on foot from most nearby hotels. We encourage guests to walk or take an Uber/Lyft if possible — it makes for a much more relaxed arrival! If you do drive, City Lot #7 is directly across the street.
Great question! We picked bouchon Santa Barbara because of its proximity to the courthouse (and because it’s delicious!) After the ceremony, we will walk approximately a quarter of a mile to the restaurant.
