We have blocked off 15 rooms at the Marriott Residence Inn for our guests to book a stay for BOTH nights of June 6th and 7th. This hotel is the preferred option for our guests who plan to stay in Riverhead for 2 nights as the hotel has a 2 night minimum stay. We will have shuttles to transport guests from the hotel to our reception at Palmer Vineyards. If you plan to attend our ceremony, we ask you drive yourself (there's a large parking lot at the church).

Shuttle

We have a shuttle to transport guests from our hotels to Palmer. *The shuttle will meet under the overhang of the Hilton hotel. If you're staying at the Marriott, please meet at the Hilton. It's a quick walk from the parking lot of the Marriott hotel.* The shuttle will arrive at 3:45pm and will depart at 4pm to Palmer Vineyards. If needed, there will be a sprinter van to transport any other guests who may be late to catching the 4pm shuttle. It will meet at the same point at the Hilton hotel. Our unofficial after party will be plugging in our aux cord to Palmer’s sound system and enjoying the evening around the fire pit. If you plan to stay past 11pm at Palmer, we ask you take an Uber back to the hotels. Our shuttle service will conclude by 10:45pm.
Flight
NYC has tons of airports, but if you can find a flight that lands in MacArthur Airport, you'll find a much shorter commute to our wedding location than from Laguardia or JFK.
Travel Note
Our hotels, ceremony location, and reception location are all within 15 minutes of each other. Uber’s are available, but unlike the city, you may have to wait more than 10 minutes for one. So plan accordingly! If you plan to take public transportation from the city or airports, the LIRR Riverhead station is the closest stop to our hotels. However, there are limited trains that run to this stop. We recommend flying into JFK and taking the air train to Jamaica which leaves you off at the Long Island Railroad stop. Then, take the train towards Montauk and get off at Speonk or Westhampton and take a 20 minute Uber ride to the hotels. The “MTA TrainTime” app is super helpful to plan out your trip. As a reminder, all guests are welcome to take our shuttles from each hotel to Palmer Vineyards for our reception. If you need any help with transportation, please reach out to us.
