Cocktail hour with light appetizers. Full dinner, and dancing to follow. Dinner menu: A build your own dinner buffet that includes grilled lemon oregano chicken, beef & lamb gyro meat, roasted vegetable couscous, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, chickpeas with lemon & cumin, crumbled Feta, shredded lettuce, pita bread, fresh lemons, and tzatziki sauce. Served with hummus, marinated Greek olives, pickles, roasted redskin potatoes, and fresh fruit salad.
