Reid and I knew of eachother because we had been working for the same company. Reid was working with my parents, and one day we happened to be in their office at the same time. The rest is history - we’ve been inseparable ever since and always credit my parents as match makers!

We were visiting our friends in San Francisco in March (shout-out Gabi & Kevin!) We had a few upcoming trips in which I was convinced we were going on get engaged on, so a proposal on this trip wasn’t even on my mind. Reid reached out to Gabi back in October to help him find a photographer in the Bay Area, and they planned a surprise proposal and pictures on Baker Beach under the Golden Gate Bridge! We spent the night just the 4 of us celebrating and calling friends and family 😊
