Schedule
Parking for our guests is located at the Idyllwild Brewpub lower parking lot at 54423 Village Center Drive, Idyllwild, CA 92549, located only 5 minutes from the wedding venue (the Harvey House).
There will be a shuttle running every 15 minutes from the parking lot to the Harvey House, where the ceremony will take place. The expected temperature will be a high of 70 and a low of 40, so bring a coat or shawl. There will be throw blankets and heat lamps for extra warmth.
Please be in your seats by 3:50pm (ceremony will begin at 4). The ceremony/reception is in the woods, with natural earth and woodchip grounds, so stilettos are not recommended for women. Dress code is formal and no black attire.
Following the ceremony, there will be cocktail hour with lots of fun and games…also a Photo Booth!
For the reception, there will be a taco bar/churros (vegetarian/vegan friendly items available) served along with a hosted bar.
Lastly, we will be dancing the night away under the stars!
