Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Rockfield Manor. Address: 501 E Churchville Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early so you can have time to be seated and enjoy a welcome glass of champagne before the ceremony begins at 5:00 pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Party- Cocktail; Semiformal. The theme of the wedding is Garden Party, with a boho vibe. We’d love for guests to embrace an elegant garden party feel- think light colors, florals, soft pastels, dressy yet comfortable attire.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoor in the Manor’s garden, as long as weather is ideal! (If we do experience bad weather, the ceremony will be held in the Manor’s barn). The reception will be an indoor/ outdoor experience, with the glass doors being open to the outside garden but the dance floor, dinner & bar will be indoor.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be listed when you RSVP. Due to capacity limitations at our venue, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond listed.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this ensures everyone is able to relax and enjoy the evening.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

YES! We will be having a cocktail hour after the ceremony with passed appetizers, and open bar will be available. Formal dinner to follow along with dessert table, and a late night snack towards the end of the evening!

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Absolutely. Please list any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available in the front and back parking lots of the manor. Due to our close amount of guests at capacity- we encourage guests to carpool. Cars can stay parked at the venue overnight but must be gone the following day by 11am.

Are there hotel blocks or recommended accommodations?

Answer

Yes! We have hotel blocks at: Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Bel Air. Upon booking, tell them you are booking for the Simmons wedding party for the discounted price. We are staying the night in a suite there- and all rooms come with complementary breakfast the next morning, we would love to have breakfast with any of our guests that decide to stay the morning after!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests keep their phone away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Feel free to take as many photos and videos during the reception!

Answer

Your presence on our big day is the greatest gift! If you’d like to gift something, we would love a donation to our honeymoon fund - found on under the registry tab. If you’d rather gift something physical, we are registered on amazon!
