1. Who is invited to the rehearsal dinner? The rehearsal dinner is for the wedding party only. 2. When is the cocktail hour? Cocktail hour will take place immediately after the ceremony. 3. What should I wear? Formal attire is requested. Semi-formal, cocktail wear is fine. 4. Where will the ceremony and reception take place? The ceremony will be held on a covered patio, and the reception will take place inside the building all located at the same venue. 5. Are children invited? Although we love little ones, this event is adults-only (with the exception of our immediate family members) as we want to ensure parents have a relaxing and enjoyable time. 6. Will transportation be provided? Transportation is only provided to the wedding party. Guests should arrange their own transportation to and from the venue. 7. What time should I arrive? All guests must be seated by 3:45 PM, as the wedding will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. 8. Is there parking at the venue? Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. 9. Can I bring a plus-one? A plus-one is limited and based on your RSVP. Please refer to your RSVP to confirm if a plus-one is accepted. 10. Will there be a meal at the reception? Yes, we love food! A full meal will be served at the reception following the cocktail hour where light hordourves will be served. 11. What if I have dietary restrictions? Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or require accommodations. We’ll do our best to meet your needs. 12. Are there any other wedding events I should know about? No other wedding events are planned. 13. Can I take photos during the ceremony? This is an unplugged event. All cell phones must be silenced during the ceremony. We have professional photographers and videographers, and we wouldn’t want to interrupt their craft. Photos are welcomed at the reception and on the grounds of the venue outside of the wedding ceremony.
