Our RSVP closed on August 15, 2026. Any guests who did not RSVP by the deadline have been marked as not attending. While we will miss celebrating with you, we need to provide an exact head count to our vendors and we are unable to accept any late RSVPs. This means that there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you. We are so excited to see and celebrate with those of you who are attending!
While we love all the little ones in our lives, our events will be ages 13+. We hope you take this opportunity to have a parents night out!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. We ask that all guests arrive by 2:45pm.
Semi-Formal Jewel-Toned attire is requested. We hope that guests come both colorful and comfortable! No jeans. No sneakers. We ask that guests refrain from black or white dress shirts. Inspiration can be found in the attire tab.
Our ceremony will be outdoors while our reception will be indoors. During the reception guests will have access to the ceremony grounds and patio so please be prepared for fall weather. For the safety of all our guests, we ask that you bring a change of shoes to avoid being barefoot on different terrain.
Yes, there is a parking lot directly on McCoy grounds that will be reserved for our guests.
