Formal but functional we want you to bust a move on the dance floor! Men: a suit or tux Women: floor length gowns or midi dresses Any color except white is great!
In an effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest(s) formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
If we don’t receive your RSVP by April 15th, it will be marked automatically as a “no”. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the timeframe they have given us.
Please park in the Quail Lodge, hotel lobby parking lot. Transportation to and from the ceremony venue will be provided by shuttle only. Please note there is no other transportation or parking available at the ceremony venue, so all guests must take the provided shuttle. Be sure to arrive on time for departure!
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoor. You will want a jacket for the reception. The after party will take place indoors
To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by April 10th so we can plan accordingly!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on grass, so we recommend block heels, wedges, dressy flats, or loafers. Your stilettos might not love the lawn as much as we do!
We recommend arriving before 3pm to the hotel lobby. There will be 2 shuttles taking guests from the lobby to the ceremony area. The last shuttle will arrive at 3:20pm. If you miss this shuttle, you will miss the ceremony.
