FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal but functional we want you to bust a move on the dance floor! Men: a suit Women: floor length gowns or midi dresses Any color except white is great!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the Quail Lodge hotel lobby parking lot. We'll provide shuttle transportation to and from the ceremony venue for all guests, so please plan to arrive on time for departure. Please note that no additional parking or transportation options are available at the ceremony venue itself.

Question

Will the wedding take place outside?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors. We recommend bringing a jacket for the reception, and our after party will move indoors.

Question

What type of shoes should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on grass, so we recommend block heels, wedges, dressy flats, or loafers. Your stilettos might not love the lawn as much as we do!

Question

What time should I arrive?
