NYC Vaccine Mandate:
Beginning September 13, 2021 those 12 years of age or older must show proof of vaccination with a photo ID to enter The Liberty Warehouse.

How can I show proof of Vaccination?
Answer
Proof of vaccination may include: NYC COVID Safe App Excelsior Pass CDC Vaccination Card (or photo) NYC Vaccination Record An official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S

Can I provide a negative COVID test in place of proof of vaccination?
Answer
Unfortunately, a PCR or Rapid test will not be accepted as only vaccinated guests will be allowed. Anyone under the age of 12 may still attend as long as they are wearing a face mask.
