When do we need to RSVP by?

May 1st will be very appreciated as we have to give the caterer a final count.

Is there a Hotel Block for the wedding?

Answer

Yes there is! We have arranged a Hotel Block through hotels.com that allows you to reserve at a variety of hotels in the area at a discounted rate. Follow the link in our Travel Page to view the Hotel Block options!

Will there be transport from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, we have a shuttle service starting at 3:30pm that will run until 4:30pm. If you happen to miss it you will be responsible for your travel to the venue.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors in a beautiful forest (shoes are optional)! The reception will be inside the lofted barn with access to an outdoor area.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we will also have a rented golfcart should anyone need assistance.

What time should we arrive at the wedding?

Answer

The first half of the cocktail hour/meet-and-greet will start at 4:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:15pm followed by the second half of the cocktail hour. The reception will begin at 7pm.

Is there available parking?

Yes, you may park on the driveway of the 1800's Kester home on the property, as well as additional street parking.

Duh! We love all of our furry friends. The venue is pet friendly and many nearby accommodations offer the option as well.

What is the dresscode?

Answer

We encourage you to wear anything that makes you shine! Feel yourself! However, if you could please stay in the range of our color palette, we would love it! We are doing an earth tone/jewel tone theme. Think Midsummer Night's Dream! Remember, ONLY the bride should be in white :) Feel free to be your true self. Therefore, any and all accessories are welcomed. If you know the couple well then you know that means glitter!

There is a section on the RSVP form to list any restrictions and allergies. We will find an option for you!

There are plenty of Airbnbs in the surrounding areas including nice homes and affordable options.
