Boy meets girl.

April 29th, 2018

This is the story of boy meets girl. The boy, Dylan Laubach after many failed relationships thought the one was just not out there, but had failed to give up hope that she was still out there. The girl, Gina Gagliano searched and searched for someone who would see how great she was and not give up on her. She, almost on the verge of giving up decided that maybe she shouldn’t give up just yet. Using the dating app Bumble she swiped left on so many people she felt wasn’t it for her until that one faithful day back in April of 2018 when she decided to give this boy, Dylan Laubach a chance. She swiped right and the two were a match because he had swiped right on her. Not knowing what would happen she decided to give him a chance and send him a message. One message turned into a couple weeks of back and forth texting getting to know one another. He decided it was time to actually meet this girl he had grown to like. She agreed to a date, but was very skeptical about how it would go. Since they both share a love of sushi they agreed to go to Xina. She gets to Xina, a sushi restaurant where they had there first date and hears what was the sound of a loud obnoxious car that she wished was not him. She thought to herself oh no hes one of those car guys. Turns out it was and she decided to still give him a chance. To her surprise the first date turned out so well that they both agreed to do it again and then two dates turned into several over the course of the next month. She wasn’t sure what was going on because she was used to guys not sticking around, but something told her that he was different. So one fateful night about a month later he decides to ask her if she wanted to make this official. She was a little surprised, but decided to still continue to give him a chance. The like for one another quickly grew to love. A love they had never felt with anyone else. They became inseparable and were really happy that they had found their soulmate.

The best day ever.

September 21st 2019

Fast forward a year and 4 months later, the inseparable, madly in love couple Dylan and Gina get engaged. The story of how this happens though involves trickery and getting lost. Gina had a strong sense that day, Saturday September 21st that he was going to ask her to marry her. He on the other hand was trying to make her think it wasn’t going to happen, but all the red flags were there and she knew. He decided to take her out for dinner that night on Long Beach Island. He told her to dress up (red flag #1). They took 2 cars because of where they were together earlier. He told her that we should just take 2 cars (red flag #2). He takes her phone and puts the location of this restaurant that they planned to go to in the her GPS (red flag #3). As she’s trying to find this restaurant she gets lost because she can’t find his car anywhere. Getting frustrated and upset she finally finds his car. During all that frustration in getting lost he tells her to look at his windshield because on the way there a rock had hit it. Knowing the luck they have she actually believed a rock hit his car. She gets out of her car and see’s not a crack in the windshield, but a card that says “Open me Gina.” This is when she knew without a doubt that he was going to propose to her. The emotions quickly hit her as she reads the sweet message he had wrote inside. The card said to for her to follow the signs. So off she went down the street and saw her first sign of many that said “This way Gina.” The emotions got more overwhelming with each sign as she turns the corner to see him standing there on the beach in the middle of a giant heart drawn in the sand. He tells her to move closer then gets down on one knee and asks her the one question that before him she never thought she’d get asked. She was so emotional that she couldn’t even get out a yes until the ring was on her finger. She knew and as did he that this was a love that would last a lifetime. This is a day they both will never forget.
