What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4:00pm at the Mt. St. Helens Ballroom & Foyer. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to find your seat, settle in, and soak in the moment with us before everything starts.

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, with the reception to follow immediately after at the same venue at the Mt. St. Helens Ballroom & Foyer.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! We kindly invite guests to wear attire in our Romantic Garden Neutrals color pallete. Think soft, muted tones, such as sage green, eucalyptus green, dusty blue, slate blue, mauve, dusty rose, taupe, camel, terracotta, and navy. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes! There is a large parking lot available at the venue. Since the area can be busy, we recommend arriving a little early.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, so you can dress comfortably knowing you’ll be inside for the entire celebration.

Due to space, we are only able to accommodate guests named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with those included.

We love your little ones; however, our celebration will be adult-only so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening fully.
