1. When does the wedding start?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30pm find your seats. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

2. How do I get to Lake Wales, FL?

Answer

Nearby airports are: - Orlando International Airport (MCO): ~1 hour away. - Tampa International Airport (TPA): ~1.5 hours away. From the airport, you can rent a car, take a taxi, or use ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft.

3. Who is responsible for travel expenses?

Answer

Each guest is responsible for their own transportation to/from the airport (flights, car rentals, ride-shares, taxis) and hotel accommodations.

4. Have you reserved hotel blocks?

Answer

We have hotel blocks at the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express (10min from the venue), please see the travel section for more details.

5. Will transportation to the venue be provided?

Answer

Complimentary round-trip shuttle service will be provided to and from the wedding venue. Free parking is also available at the venue. For additional details please refer to the travel section.

6. What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We are going for a formal dress code. The theme is old money wedding aesthetic - think timeless elegance with a touch of James Bond 007 sophistication. Keep in mind that Lake Wales typically has warm weather and the wedding will be primarily outdoors, so lightweight fabrics are recommended for comfort.

7. Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that only the children participating in the ceremony join us for the wedding. Enjoy the night off and join us in raising a glass (or two!) to love, laughter and good company - no juice boxes required! Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

8. When and how should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP via our website by March 1st 2025. Enter names exactly as written on the virtual invitation (excluding Mr., Ms, Sr., Sra.) If you have any issues please RSVP via phone/text. Unfortunately due to space restrictions, we kindly ask to limit RSVPs to those named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding.
