Train

To SYNDICATED (Party Venue)

Syndicated is located in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Bushwick, off the Morgan stop on the L train. The L train travels from 8th Avenue and 14th street in Manhattan, then through Williamsburg, then Bushwick (and continues on through to Canarsie). Wherever you are coming from, exit the train onto Bogart Street, and then turn right. Syndicated will be on the opposite side of the street as the train, two blocks down, on the corner of Bogart and Thames. If you hit Varet Street, Cook Street, or Flushing Avenue, you’ve gone too far.

Train

TO EVERYWHERE ELSE

You can easily use Google or Apple Maps to map your way around Manhattan and Brooklyn. That said, both are quite unreliable when it comes to the actual time a train or bus is coming—to find more accurate train times, use mta.info to track your train and station, keeping in mind some trains run express and skip some stops. Need an accessible station (i.e. one with an elevator)? Check the map here: https://new.mta.info/map/5346 .

Flight

Into NY

JFK Staying in Brooklyn? You might want to fly into JFK. It’s our preferred airport, since it’s both the closest to Brooklyn (20-ish minutes to our home) and has multiple transport options, ranging from trains to easily-accessible rideshares. LGA LaGuardia is also nice (and was recently renovated!), and is a good option if you’re staying in Manhattan OR Brooklyn. That said, it’s not particularly accessible by public transportation, so plan accordingly to call a car or find a taxi.

Flight

Into New Jersey

EWR Newark Airport is in New Jersey, so of course it’s going to be a bit further of a trek. That said, if you’re staying in Manhattan, there are a number of pretty straightforward public transportation options that’ll get you straight there. You can also take a rideshare, but it’ll probably take closer to an hour if you’re going all the way to Brooklyn.
