Meet Kate Perry, my one and only sister. Kaitlyn and I were born 6 1/2 years apart, but that didn't stop us from being close as other sisters. From a young age, I always looked up to Kaitlyn and admired her tenacity and light-heartedness. From being my closest friend, to my partner in crime, Kaitlyn has become someone that I can count on for anything and everything. I am forever grateful to have a sister like Kaitlyn and I couldn't have asked for a better person to stand by my side on my wedding day. xo
Grant Gillman
Best Man
Not only is Grant my younger brother, he’s my built-in best friend. Distance may have taken us farther apart physically, but that has never stopped us from continuing to grow closer to one another. We have many of the same interests, hobbies, sense of humor and passions. Grant is passionate about sharing the gospel of Jesus with anyone around him. He has strong a sense of truth and justice, and he will do anything he can to share that truth. I look forward to seeing how the Lord continues to work through my brother and his wife's lives. I couldn’t imagine having another person standing in as my best man or my best friend. I am a better man because I know Grant Gillman.
Cassidy Westberg

Cassidy and I met while serving on the worship team at Motion Church. It took a while for Cassidy and I to get to know each other, but as soon as we did, she became one of my closest friends and someone that I didn't know I needed in my life. Cassidy is the type of friend that is always sensitive to your needs, while also bringing the fun and laughter no matter what you are doing. You will always be able to catch Cassidy smiling or laughing, she is filled with genuine joy. I am so thankful to have her by my side on our big day. xo
Austin Finley

Austin and I first met when we were in 6th grade. He was my tour guide at my new middle school that year. When I entered my new school, in the 7th grade, Austin and I became fast friends. We have been best friends for almost 20 years, being involved in many family outings and events together, on either side. One of the things I love most about Austin is the loyalty that he has for those he loves. He’s a protector; he looks out for anyone, no matter the consequence. Although our careers and schedules don’t allow us to see each other as much, I know that I will always have a true friend in my friend, Austin. For the longest time I have known that Austin would be standing by my side on this day, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am a better man because I know Austin Finley.
Shannon Gillman

Shannon will soon be my sister-in-law, but our friendship has grown strong like friends. Shannon is kind, gentle, gracious and compassionate. You will always feel important and special when interacting with Shannon. Through the last couple years, Shannon has grown to be someone who I can trust and confide in. She stands for what is true and seeks the Lord with everything in her. I am honored to have her in my family now. xo
Kyle Knox

Kyle and I met approximately four years ago, when I started attending Motion Church. In a short amount of time, we went from acquaintances that served on the same worship team, to friends, to roommates, to best friends for the better part of two years. The thing I most appreciate about Kyle is that he reliable, sometimes to a fault. He always puts his own desires/wants on hold, to serve those around him. He leads by example, and there are many things that I have learned from Kyle, just by observing how he operates with and treats others. I am excited to see what else I can learn from him in the future, and I am blessed to know him and to have him stand alongside me. I am a better man because I know Kyle Knox.
Caroline Lindberg

Caroline and I first met when I started serving on the worship team for Motion Church. We went from being teammates to close friends in a short amount of time. Caroline and her husband Taylor have greatly impacted both Lane and I and we are very blessed to have them in our lives. Caroline is sweet, strong, and sure in what is True. She is loyal to those in her life and is a consistent source of truth and encouragement. It fills me with joy knowing that I will have such an amazing friend standing by my side on our big day. xo

I first met Brandon when I started attending the young adults service, at Motion Church, almost five years ago. He was one of the first people that came up and reached out to me. Later on I ended up living with Brandon and his wife, Jessica, someone who I attended school with, we quickly became great friends. Brandon always brings out the best in everyone he is around. The way that he pursues relationships with people and Jesus has always inspired me to pursue deeper relationships of my own. Knowing Brandon means that you know what genuine kindness should look like. I couldn’t imagine what my life would look like without meeting, and developing deeper relationships, with the Barcleonas, and I am honored to have him as one of my groomsmen. I am a better man because I know Brandon Barcelona.

Hayden and I have known each other since high school, but over the years, we have grown closer together as friends. Hayden is all things fun and knows how to enjoy every season of life. She is the life of the party. Over the last couple of years, I have had the privilege of seeing the amazing person and friend that Hayden is. I am so thankful that I have her as a friend in my life. I can't wait to celebrate with her. xo

Jordan and I met about four years ago. He was one of the first people on the worship team, at Motion Church, to reach out to me when I first started attending. We have been best friends ever since. Not only have Jordan and I been great friends for 4 years, we also lived together over those years. The thing I most admire about Jordan is that he is always there for people, in many different ways. He always steps up and is able to support those around him. I have no doubt that Jordan will always have a heart for people, and I look forward to seeing how that plays out as life continues to roll on. I can’t express how grateful I am to have someone like Jordan in my corner. I look forward to being in each other’s corners for a long time. I am a better man because I know Jordan Westberg.
Becca Roland

Becca and I met while we lived in the same house as interns at Motion Church. The first time we ever hung out, I had walked into the kitchen in our house and asked if anyone wanted to go to Dairy Queen with me. Becca, whom I barely knew at the time, decided to go with me. From that point on, Becca and I have become very close friends. It's safe to say that Becca became my best friend in a short amount of time. We are always laughing, singing songs on the top of our lungs in the car and always eating ice cream rather than working out. I couldn't imagine marrying the man of dreams without our greatest supporter by my side. xo
Justin Harrod

Justin and I met our Freshman year of college, at George Fox University. It wasn't until our Junior year that we become best friends. We would go on to live together for a total of four years, up until we both left Newberg, OR. I will always remember going to the WSU (my team) vs. U of O (Justin’s team) football games and root against each other, at the end of the day, it was all fun & games.. Justin has uncanny talent of always being able to cheer people up. He is one of the funniest people I have ever met. Couple that with his loyalty, and you have the makings of an amazing friend. Ever since college, I’ve known that I wanted Justin to stand by my side on my wedding day, and I’m honored to have him with me. I am a better man because I know Justin Harrod.

Jacclyn and I met during our time at Ministry Institute at Motion Church. But we really began our friendship when we roomed together in our dorm. Jacclyn is easy to get to know and is always a party to be around. Jacclyn is such a blessing to my life, she has become someone who I know I can trust in and who has brought a lot of joy and fun to my life. When you become a friend of Jacclyn, you can guarantee that you will always have someone by your side. I couldn't imagine getting married without her standing with me. xo
Ethan Brown

Ethan and I lived together for four years, at George Fox University. One of my favorite experiences I had with Ethan was when he played basketball for GFU and I was the team chaplain/manager. It was fun to see the kind of leader he was on/off the court. One thing that stood out to me about him was the fact that one second he could be the funniest, most out of control guy I knew, and then the next minute he would be most mature out of us (probably explains why he was the first of the college roomies to get married). Ethan and I also share a love for the outdoors. Ethan is another one of my college roommates that I knew I wanted to have as one of my groomsmen, and I couldn’t be more blessed to have him stand by me, just as I did for him. I am a better man because I know Ethan Brown.

Isabelle is everything sweet and kind. I met Isabelle at our church internship, Ministry Institute, and from the first day I met Isabelle, I knew that we would be friends. She is filled with grace and cares for people very deeply. From every conversation we have had, Isabelle exudes wisdom and betters anyone who spends any amount of time with her. I am so excited to have her apart of Lane and I's wedding and as one of my closest friends. xo
Corey Clark

Corey and I first met at the end of my Sophomore year of college, in the university dining room when he was visiting as a transfer student. The following year, we had an open spot in our house, and he hopped right in with us. We lived together for two years and quickly became close friends. Corey and I were the same major (History), so we had every single class together for two years. Corey and I spent a ton of time together and became great friends. Corey always had the ability to bring so much joy to the room, no matter the circumstance. Corey’s another one of my college roommates I knew I wanted to stand by me, just as I did for him. We have a close bond, and although we are states away, I have no doubt we’ll stay close for the long haul. I am a better man because I know Corey Clark.
