Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at St. Lucas United Church of Christ (33 W. Virginia Street, Evansville, Indiana 47710) and the reception will take place at Pine and Co, previously known as Kingsman (15901 Petersburgh Road Evansville, IN 47725).

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP. Thanks for understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Please wear Easter Sunday best clothes and no jeans. We look forward to seeing everyone's beautiful faces at our wedding!

What will dinner be?

Answer

We will be catering Chick-fil-a.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. But there will be outdoor space at the reception for pictures.

What does parking look like?

Answer

There are parking lots at both the ceremony venue and reception venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive about 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Doors will lock 5 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know. We will upload a seating chart to our website closer to the wedding and have signage posted at the venue.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be wearing light blue.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by... it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. Thanks for understanding!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so that we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it please notify us.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will be having a cash bar.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired a professional photographer to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

When you RSVP please indicate your specific dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
