Booking sooner than later during high demand dates is suggested. Please note that guests reserving at different times may have varying rates. Discounts are based on availability and peak vs. non-peak dates. Some dates may require a two-night minimum stay. Rooms are based upon availability. Dogs are allowed in our Ocean Front and Ocean Breeze Annex Buildings. Please add your dog to your reservation at the time of booking. A $75.00 non-refundable fee per dog per stay will apply. 2 dogs maximum. Some floor restrictions apply. Please notify us once you have booked if you are bringing a dog. Check-In Time- 4pm /Check-out is 11am Please note, early check-in and access to your room may not be possible prior to 4pm. It’s highly encouraged to book your room the night before your event. The first night’s room and tax deposit will be charged upon booking. Cancellation Policy: You must cancel at least 72 hours prior to arrival, for the first night room and tax deposit to be refunded. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur a penalty of one night’s room and tax. Avoid booking multiple rooms under one name to prevent cancellation or no-show penalties. Holiday Inn Manahawkin/Long Beach Island by IHG

Please click the 'View' button below to take advantage of our hotel block for the night of Saturday, October 17, 2026. Guests may also book by calling 1-800-HOLIDAY / 1-800-465-4329 and asking for the Boehringer Wedding room block at the Holiday Inn Manahawkin, NJ, using group code BWW. Rooms in the block are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The discounted group rate is only guaranteed until August 17, 2026. Helpful Notes Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The hotel cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out. The room block is for the night of October 17, 2026. If you would like to stay additional nights, the group code may not work online; please contact the hotel sales team directly at sales@holidayinnlbi.com or 609-481-6110. A major credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours before arrival without penalty. The hotel does not allow pets, and guests must be 21 or older to check in.

Flight

Atlantic City International (ACY), Philadelphia International (PHL), and Newark Liberty (EWR)

These are the three nearest major airports. ACY is the closest option (~25 miles). We recommend flying into ACY if the flight works. Drive time ranges depending on traffic—expect ~1‑1.5 hrs+ depending on route. Philadelphia Intl (PHL) ~60 miles More flight options. Longer drive (~1.5‑2 hrs). Newark Liberty (EWR) ~70‑90 miles Useful for more international / major‑airline options. Expect longer travel time, possibly 2‑3 hrs depending on traffic.

Rental Car

Rental Car or Rideshare

All arrivals will likely need a rental car or rideshare from the airport. From ACY: about 1 to 1.5 hrs depending on traffic. From PHL or Newark: plan for 1.5‑3 hrs, especially around peak travel times or weekend beach traffic. You’ll need to use Exit 63 off the Garden State Parkway to access Long Beach Island.

Travel Note

Transportation and Parking on LBI

Uber / Lyft are usable on LBI but availability may be more limited off‑season or late at night. Also, there is ample parking at Surf City Yacht Club.
