Mid-September in Texas is typically warm, with daytime temperatures in the 80s-90s and cooler evenings after sunset. Our ceremony will be outdoors, so we recommend dressing accordingly and bringing a light layer for later in the evening.

Yes! We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We promise to share professional photos afterwards - we want you fully present with us in the moment.

Buena Vista Ranch offers limited on-site accommodations, including glamping tents, campers, and silos, which can be booked directly through the venue. Additional hotel options are listed under the Travel section of our website.
Buena Vista Ranch is a spacious property. For guests who may have difficulty walking longer distances, golf cart transportation will be available to assist with getting to and from the ceremony and reception areas.
A BBQ buffet-style dinner will be served during the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate.
