We would like to receive all RSVPs and have a final guest count by May 1st.
Yes, we ask that guests dress in Cocktail attire; Black Tie is optional but highly encouraged. We encourage men and women to dress in color! Our colors are warm and bright, but no color is off limit for guests to wear, other than white of course! We ask that men wear suit pants; vests, jackets, and ties are at your discretion. Maxi or floor-length gowns are appropriate for the ladies. Keep in mind it will be warm, but both the ceremony and reception will be air conditioned.
Names of all guests invited will be found on the invitation. There is very limited room beyond the current guest count. If your child or significant other must be added, please contact either the bride or groom and we will see what can be done.
There is parking near the ceremony site, the White Magnolia, for ceremony guests to use. This lot is found when you turn right toward the White Magnolia Barn. When the ceremony ends, you may move your vehicles to the lot near the reception barn. Guests who are only invited to cocktail hour and the reception should park in the lot next to the reception barn. This lot is found when you turn left from the Main House.
We are catering Italian food from a local restaurant. The options are Lasagna, Meatless Lasagna, and Chicken al Fredo. As well as Bread, House Salad, and Caesar Salad for sides. After dinner we will serve our Wedding Cake.
Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the buildings or within 25 feet of any buildings located at Grace Valley Farm. Cigarettes are to be disposed of in the containers provided. The designated smoking area is to the right of the Reception Barn, clearly marked by a red sign. Because we are responsible for all guests' safety and have agreed to follow protocol, you will be asked to leave by hosts or event staff if you are not complying. Illegal substances are not allowed, and if they are brought on-site, the event staff is prepared to involve law enforcement.
