Hotel Blocks
We have room blocks reserved at several nearby hotels. Some are located in Charlevoix, and others are in Petoskey, which is about a 25-minute drive from the venue. Petoskey is a beautiful lakeshore town on the Little Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan, with cute shops, great restaurants, and gorgeous water views — so staying there is a lovely option if you’re looking to explore the area a bit! Feel free to choose the location that works best for you and your travel plans. We’re just so grateful you’ll be celebrating with us!

Hotel Earl of Charlevoix
Hotel Earl is the closest hotel to our venue, and we’re excited to offer our guests a discounted room block here. Hotel Earl provides a variety of 10 rooms with a locked-in rate and a 20% discount. If the initial block fills, additional rooms may be added based on availability. The block cutoff date will be April 29th. To book you can follow our secure booking link below!!

Edgewater Inn
We have a limited block of rooms available at the Edgewater Inn. Once 10 rooms are booked under our group block, a 10% discount will automatically apply. To reserve, guests will need to call the hotel directly and book under Daniel or Tomaszewski. There is a two-night minimum stay and a 60-day cutoff for reservations. Approximate rates before the discount are $285 per night for a one-bedroom unit and $381 per night for a two-bedroom unit. Stafford's Bay View Inn
Hotel Room Block – Bay View Inn We have reserved a block of 30 rooms at the Bay View Inn for our wedding weekend. The room block is available for Friday, June 12 – Sunday, June 14, 2026 (a two-night minimum stay is required). There are several room types available, and the nightly rates range from $288–$373, depending on the room. Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include tax (currently 11%). If more than two adults are staying in the room, the hotel charges $30 per additional adult, per night. To reserve, guests will need to provide a deposit equal to one night’s stay at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full. We kindly ask guests to book their rooms by April 12, 2026, to ensure availability at the group rate. After that date, any unreserved rooms will be released to the public.
