Question

How do I get to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is being held at Disney's Wedding Pavilion at the Grand Floridian Resort. Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort within the room block(Port Orleans Resort- Riverside and All-Star Movies Resort) will be provided complimentary transportation to the Grand Floridian Resort. All other guests may park at the Grand Floridian Resort or take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi.

Answer

All guests will be provided complimentary transportation to the reception from the ceremony. All guests must use this transportation in order to attend the reception.

Do I need to purchase park tickets in order to attend the wedding?

No park tickets are required!

How do I get around Disney World?

Answer

There are several ways to get around Disney World. All Disney Resorts have bus service to all four parks and Disney Springs. These buses run from before the parks open up to one hour after the parks close. Another transportation option is the Monorail. The Monorail connects the Grand Floridian Resort, Polynesian Resort, Contemporary Resort, the Magic Kingdom, and Epcot. Finally, the Skyliner connects Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Pop Century Resort, Caribbean Beach Resort, Riviera Resort, and Art of Animation Resort. Guests may also choose to use an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to get to the parks or Disney Springs.

Guests may purchase park tickets by calling a Disney agent at (407) 827-6799 or visiting https://disneyurl.com/Weddings

What is a Park Pass reservation and how do I make one?

Answer

A Park Pass reservation is a reservation to enter one of the 4 parks for a day. You must have a Park Pass reservation to enter a Disney park. These reservations may be made as soon as you purchase park tickets. Reservations may be made on the Disney World website or in the My Disney Experience App. It is recommended to book Park Pass reservations well in advance in order to avoid any issues visiting the park you'd like.

How do I make dining reservations?

Answer

Guests can make a dining reservation through the Disney World website or the My Disney Experience App. For all dine-in restaurants a reservation is highly recommended. Guests can book dining reservations up to 60 days in advance.

What is My Disney Experience?

Answer

My Disney Experience is an app that can be downloaded on your smartphone. The app provides park maps, ride wait times, and other important park information. It is also the best way to mobile order food and make dining reservations.

What is a MagicBand?

Answer

Walt Disney World Resort Guests may purchase a MagicBand through their Disney account and have it shipped to their home or receive it at check-in. The MagicBand is used to enter the parks, unlock your hotel room door, buy food and merchandise with a linked credit card, and more. Disney has recently launched the Disney MagicMobile smartphone app for guests who do not wish to purchase a MagicBand. Guests who are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort may purchase a MagicBand at shopDisney's website or in person at the parks or Disney Springs. These guests may also use the MagicMobile app.
