FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

To help us finalize arrangements with our vendors, please RSVP September 1st, 2026 so we can confirm the correct guest count.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

While we are not registered for gifts, we will have a card box and a QR code available for anyone who would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are asked to arrive by 4:30pm to allow time to grab a drink before the ceremony, as the toast will take place immediately afterward.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Fall colors are encouraged! Since the ceremony will be outdoors, we recommend bringing something warm. Ladies may want to wear wedges or block heels, or wear heel protectors to prevent sinking into the grass.

Question

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Please note that parking at the venue is limited. The driveway can accommodate a small number of vehicles, and street parking is available in the surrounding area. We encourage guests to carpool or use rideshare services if possible.

Question

Ceremony Seating Instructions

Answer

Our ceremony will be a mix of seated and standing options for our guests. The first two rows on each side of the aisle will be reserved for our immediate family and wedding party. All others are welcome to file in behind on either side, you are loved by both the bride and groom so no need to sit on a particular side. There are a select number of chairs so the remaining guests will stand at the back of the aisle (we promise you won't be standing for long). Please leave room in the middle to allow the wedding part to make their way down the aisle.

Question

Dinner Seating Instructions

Answer

There will be seated tables, cocktail tables and other seating areas to choose from. Guests may sit anywhere they would like during our dinner and reception portion of the wedding. Our intention is for this to create a fun, cohesive environment so our guests feel comfortable and not tied to a seat.

Question

Can I record or take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have TWO extremely talented photographers in attendance to capture all things mushy gushy so no need to grab your phone. We care more about our guests being present with us.

Question

Food/Drink Information

Answer

Enjoy an open bar on us mixed with signature cocktails, signature wines, and refreshing beers all curated to the Fall wedding experience. Dinner will be a unique experience as there will be two delcious food trucks out front with a set menu for you to choose from. Each guest is able to select a meal from either The American Taco or Pelican Pete's Pizza.

Question

Wedding Toast

Answer

We are asking our guests to arrive at the wedding ceremony, at 4:30pm to prepare for the wedding toast. Guests will grab a drink to sip on throughout the ceremony. A toast will follow immediately after the recessional. Once the toast has concluded guests may begin ordering their dinner.
