Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Acceptable options include suit and tie, blazer and dress pants, cocktail dresses (short or long), and formal jumpsuits. Just be sure to not wear all white. November here can get slightly chilly (50-70 F/10-20 C), so it may be a good idea to bring a warmer layer (e.g., a shawl, cardigan, or light coat) to the ceremony/reception.
Yes, and we have a group booking link that provides discount options. See the 'Travel' tab for details.
No, we are not providing a group shuttle, as the venue is very close by to our recommended hotels. We recommend coordinating transportation with friends/family, whether it be walking, public transit, or a rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft.
There is limited street parking near the venue, but we highly recommend walking, public tranit, or ridesharing (Uber or Lyft) to the venue, as parking can be difficult to come by and expensive in the city.
Please let us know about any food allergies, the wedding reception dinner will be family style, with special plates for those with food allergies. There will be both meat and vegetarian main options for dinner.
The wedding will be indoor, however, dinner after the ceremony may be outdoor on a covered patio (weather pending). Make sure to bring an extra layer just in case, as it may get chilly in the evening!
DC is very walkable, with excellent public transportation options. You can purchase a physical SmarTrip card at any DC metro station, or obtain a digital pass and add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to use your phone as a metro card!
