Where should we stay?

Answer

We have secured hotel rooms blocks at a discounted rate and a discount code for rental houses for our guests. These can be found under the Travel tab on our website.

Question

We got invited to the Newlywed's New Year Countdown party, but not the ceremony. What does that mean?

Answer

We are keeping the ceremony small and intimate, with mostly family. That being said, we are so excited to celebrate our love with everyone in our community who can make it to the party! So please, if you can, ring in 2025 with your favorite soon-to-be newlywed couple!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Both the Wedding and the Newlywed's New Year Countdown Party have a dress code of black tie optional (tuxes and long dresses) but cocktail attire (cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks) is great too!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Unless we specifically invited your kids, we're sorry that we won't be able to include them.

What is there to do in Charlottesville?

Answer

So much!! You can go for a hike in the Shenandoah or use one of the trails in town. The Saunders-Monticello trail connects to Thomas Jefferson's Monticello--you could get your history and your steps in together! There are also plenty of breweries and wineries. Jonathan, of course, works at Three Notch'd, which has a downtown location and a location near other breweries and wineries in Nelson County. There a variety of delicious places to get food. It's hard to go wrong, but we're happy to offer suggestions.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Starting at 10:00pm shuttles will be running from The Bradbury to The Doyle, The Residence Inn, and The Omni. The Shuttles will conclude at 1:00am.
