For traveling to the Asheville area, we recommend booking flights into one of the (somewhat) nearby international airports (range of cheapest prices from NYC, usual drive from airport): Charlotte Douglas International Airport ($100-200, ~2 hour drive), Raleigh-Durham International Airport ($100-150, ~3.5 hour drive), Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport ($275-325, ~1.25 hour drive). Alternatively there is the Asheville Regional Airport ($100-400, ~0.5 hour drive).
For our friends in Southern Connecticut, Avelo at Tweed New Haven Airport often offers cheap flights to Raleigh-Durham (sub $100) and occasionally Greenville-Spartanburg (sub $150).

We have blocked rooms at the Country Inn & Suites, and will arrange transportation to and from the wedding venue there. There are limited rooms so book while you can, but there are lots of options (e.g. AirBnB) around!

This is right by the ever-popular art district! It is very fun and funky - lots of cool shops, bars, and restaurants! A bit further from downtown, but a 15-20 minute walk (more likely 3 minute drive) from New Belgium Brewing Company! We are offering an additional 25% back on booking two nights if you contact us.
