FAQs

Halibut Cove is a small island community across Kachemak Bay from Homer, Alaska. Martha and Sam Cotten are our gracious hosts for the weekend.
Halibut Cove has a coffee shop and one small restaurant. There are no shops or convenience stores so please try to bring everything you need for the weekend. Food, snacks and drinks will be provided for the weekend but feel free to bring any must-haves.
June weather in Alaska is variable. It could be sunny and warm, it could be cold and rainy. We suggest warm layers and rain coats/boots just in case.

Halibut Cove is dog friendly but it's Alaska and everyone has dogs. We ask that you leave your furry friends at home for the weekend unless they are Reggie.
