It all started with a middle school fling via Facebook when they were crushing on each other in 2012. Somewhere along the way, they lost contact. They didn't think anything of it at the time, but here they are, more than 10 years later about to start their forever! In 2019, they reconnected, and from that all-nighter they pulled over their first phone call, they were inseparable. Within a few months of talking, Brock told Jacquie he would one day marry her. When they met up for the first time after 5 months of long phone calls and facetimes, Brock finally asked Jacquie to be his girlfriend! Brock was stationed in Hawaii at the time so throughout their 4 years of dating they were long distance. It was hard at times, but they always knew in their hearts they would one day end up together. Fast forward to now, and they are currently living together in Yuma, Arizona with their little puppy, Toby. They can't wait to celebrate this special moment in their lives with everyone they love!

Brock planned a trip to visit his mom in New Mexico, where Jacquie and Brock first met. Brock tried to fool Jacquie, but Jacquie had a feeling the day was finally coming! On the first day of the trip, Brock's mom suggested they go out to lunch at the Sandia Peak Tramway the next day. On March 3rd of 2023, they arrived to the top of the mountain for lunch. A few minutes into getting settled at their table, their waiter told them he would take them on a tour of the restaurant. Brock and Jacquie followed the waiter into the back exit of the restaurant where they would overlook the whole city. The waiter pretended to take a picture of them, but all of a sudden Brock got down on one knee and proposed! Turns out the waiter was actually recording! They got back to their table set up with champagne and rose petals and they enjoyed an amazing lunch at the most beautiful place to celebrate their engagement!
