Adrianna and Gilberto never pictured a simple night out would change our lives. Adrianna was attending UCCS and decided to go out with her friend to a local country bar. Thursday night was Ladies Night but it seemed that no one was going to take her out to dance until Gilberto and Adrianna locked eyes. They danced until midnight and after a couple Don Julio shots, Gilberto asked for Adrianna's phone number. At his surprise, she said, "Okay but we will just be friends." Little did they know their story had just begun. After several study dates and managing long-distance, Gilbert asked Adrianna out at the Colorado Rockies Homeopener on a baseball. She said yes and God had started to work his blessing in them.
