Yes, the dress code is cocktail attire.
The ceremony and reception will both be located on the Terrace at the Lodge.
Please use the Highway 70 entrance to enter Montgomery Bell State Park. From there you will follow the signs to the Lodge (we will post signs for the wedding as well). Once you arrive at the Lodge, please use the main entrance and then take the stairs/elevators down to the bottom where the Terrace is located (beside the pool). We will have signs posted in the Lodge, and front desk staff are glad to assist too if needed.
The Lodge has ample parking in the main lot that guests can park in. Parking is free, but it is first come first serve.
While the restrooms and the Lodge itself are indoors, the wedding will be held completely outdoors on the Terrace.
Please RSVP by 4/25/2024
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible (text or email is fine) so that we can make any necessary adjustments.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the ceremony start time. Seating will begin 30mins before the ceremony, but we'd like everyone to have a chance to park, find the Terrace, mingle and use our guest book as well. No fear though - you will have time to do the guest book in between the ceremony and reception as well!
We have a strict guest list to stay within the maximum occupancy requirement of our venue. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only.
Guests will be asked not to take photos during the ceremony, but otherwise we encourage guests to take photos before/after and help us remember this special day! We love seeing your photos too, so please make sure to tag us in any that you post.
Unfortunately we were not able to reserve any rooms at the Lodge, so we do not have a hotel block for guests. The Lodge may have rooms available to rent the night of the 25th, but if they are booked then we recommend renting an Airbnb or staying at a hotel in Dickson or Kingston Springs for the next nearest accommodations. Nashville and Clarksville are also under an hour away if you'd prefer to stay in a larger city.
Please reach out to Morgan via text or email if you have any further questions.
