Guests flying in should book flights to Portland International Jetport (Airport code: PWM). The airport is about 1 hour 45 minutes from Sugarloaf Mountain and has more flight options than Bangor. Rental cars are available on-site. We recommend arriving at least the day before the wedding due to mountain travel. This is the recommended airport for travel.

Alternate Airport (More Limited Option): Bangor International Airport (BGR)

Guests may also fly into Bangor International Airport (Airport code: BGR). The airport is about 1 hour 40 minutes from Sugarloaf Mountain, making it an alternative to Portland if you plan to make a longer trip and explore Northern Maine. Rental cars are available at the airport. We recommend arriving the day before the wedding due to mountain travel and limited flight schedules.

Located at the base of Sugarloaf (walk to everything) Easiest option for wedding events + shuttles Where most guests will be staying We strongly recommend booking here for convenience and proximity to all events.
