Please join us at the pavilion at the Cabins at Deer Run for a casual welcome to the weekend! The pavilion will be covered but outdoors so a jacket may be wise.

Ceremony & Reception

3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Autumn Semi-Formal Attire: Suits and cocktail dresses

Please arrive at 3:30pm so the ceremony can start promptly at 4pm! A cocktail hour will follow the ceremony, followed by a BBQ buffet dinner and sweet treats later in the evening. Autumn colors are encouraged to celebrate foliage in the Shenandoah Valley. More formal options such as tuxes and gowns would also be welcomed.
