When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2026. Due to venue requirements, this is a hard cutoff. If you need more time to decide, please reach out as soon as possible to let us know.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. We recommend cocktail-length or longer dresses and skirts, or a button-up shirt and tie. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but walking between buildings is outdoors. It may be raining. Please plan outerwear and shoes accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Due to venue capacity restrictions, we are unable to accommodate extra guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, kids are welcome to join us on our special day.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but walking between buildings is outdoors. It may be raining. Please plan outerwear and shoes accordingly.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes. McMenamins provides ADA accommodations as well as ramps and elevators to all wedding spaces. If you will be staying the night at McMenamins, there is no elevator access to the third floor of the hotel.

Is transportation provided? Is there parking?

Answer

All wedding events will take place at McMenamins Edgefield, which also has lodging on site. No transportation will be provided for any offsite hotels or from the airport. There is plenty of parking on site if you are driving in!
