FAQs

Please see below for answers to any questions you may have. If you have a specific question that isn't listed below, please feel free to reach out!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 15, 2024. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late and will assume you will not be in attendance if you don't RSVP at all. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest count to our venue and vendors with enough time to allow them to properly prepare for our wedding, and will not be able to accept late RSVPs. While we will send out reminders and invitations as early as possible, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM MST. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to assure you do not miss anything and allow us to begin on time! Unfortunately, if you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

Question

What Does Parking / Transportation Options Look Like?

Answer

There is ample parking at the ceremony/reception venue. For our guests staying at either of the two hotels listed on the "accommodations" page, we will be providing a shuttle service that will assist with drop-off and pick-up to and from locations. If you are interested in using the shuttle, please note this when you RSVP.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. We ask that our guests dress to the theme of Bold Garden Party. No jeans please! For our female-identifying guests, this could include: Light and airy dresses with floral patterns or vibrant or pastel colors - please avoid neon colors. Maxi dresses, tea-length dresses or sundresses are all excellent choices. For our male-identifying guests, consider light colored suit-separates or a sport coat (tan, light blue, gray) paired with a vibrant- or pastel-colored shirt or tie. Please keep in mind our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will be held indoors.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited to those on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding our desire to keep our wedding an intimate celebration.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love you, and by extension adore your kids. However, we have decided to make our special day an adult-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We hope you can use our wedding as a date night and appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Question

Can we take our own photos & videos throughout the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask that all of our guests be present with us without the distraction of phones or cameras. Don't worry though, we will have an amazing photographer who will be taking such beautiful photos that we will be happy to share! Aside from the ceremony, you are more than welcome to take photos & videos throughout the reception. This is such a special day for us and we will have the most amazing photography team documenting our day, that way you are able to enjoy the evening, celebrate and be in the moment with us.
