WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE? Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Please give yourself time to find the venue, park and be seated - we suggest that you aim to arrive around 2:30. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
WHERE SHOULD I SIT? The front rows of the ceremony will be reserved for immediate family. If you are immediate family, look for your name card in one of the first few rows. There will be open seating for all other guests. For the reception, a seating chart will be displayed to direct you to your table.
CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS? We kindly ask that you not take photos at the ceremony, since we will have a professional photographer. However, we would love it if you took photos at the reception - sometimes the best pictures are random candids from a phone! There will be a QR code at your table to which you can upload your photos.
WHAT CAN WE DO BETWEEN THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION? There are many activities you can do to pass the time after the ceremony, including the golf course, putting green and lawn games. We will also have light snacks and refreshments available. If you choose, feel free to pop down into the town and hang out by the lake for a bit (it's about a five minute drive down the hill), and return around 5:30, at which time the reception tent will be open for seating.
