Maid of Honor

Jessica and Emily met when they both joined Alpha Phi at UCM. They were suite mates in the sorority house. They spent their time watching Greys, too many nights at Cancun and house parties. These two have made more memories to remember! They spent many days walking miles around Warrensburg and enjoyed their time together. After college they both moved to KC where they continued to go to happy hours, playing games at each others’ houses and almost every weekend together! Our fiancés became close friends too, who is also part of the wedding party! Jessica and Lucas have two gorgeous kitties, that unfortunately do not get along with Tina. They will be getting married May 2020 and Emily can’t wait to stand by their side also!

Melissa Sanford

Maid of Honor

Melissa and Emily became instant best friends when Emily joined Alpha Phi and slept on the sorority house couch for a semester before they became roommates for two years. They bonded over their love for teaching and margs! They spent almost every day together and college pregaming socials and formals before she left to go back to St. Louis to do student teaching. Thankfully when Melissa graduated college she moved to Columbia with her now husband Zach to be a Special Ed teacher. This was great because they were closer and now spend every free weekend hanging out to enjoy trops and “relaxing” with their puppy Zeke! Melissa and Zach just had a beautiful wedding in October where I was honored to stand by her side!

Morgan Schulte

Bridesmaid

Morgan and Emily actually met on a double date! This was Emily’s first date with Drake! They immediately hit it off and spent everyday together afterwards. Morgan was going through recruitment and thankfully picked Alpha Phi where she became my “little” and that started our friendship of nights at the “White House” planet sub dinners, too much water and vodkas and nights out. Morgan and Emily graduated together, no one needs to know how long it took us, but we did it! After UCM Morgan went back to school and graduated to be a Respiratory Therapist and now works at MU Women’s and Children’s Hospital! Thankfully she moved to Columbia and is close enough for them to have many girls’ weekends. She will also be getting married in 2020 in October to her fiancée and Drake’s college friend Tyler!

Haley Stegman

Bridesmaid

Haley and Emily met through Alpha Phi. In college they enjoined movie and wine nights along with fun times on Pine street! They even took a spontaneous trip to Columbia and somehow made it back for finals the next day. After college Haley moved back to St. Louis, but Emily made many trips to visit for fun girls weekends. Haley and Emily definitely know how to have a good time and know how to get loose, just look for them with a drink in their hand and dancing the night away!

Kathleen Roark

Bridesmaid

Kathleen and Emily met in grade school where they had mutual friends. Though they weren’t s as close when they were younger they still hung out in college where she attended Drury. Kathleen would also make trips to UCM to visit. After Kathleen met her husband Chris they joined Emily and Drake for New Years Eve in the burg and this is where their tradition for always hanging out for NYE began! After college they made sure to always hang out when each other are free! Whether this was enjoying beer at a fun new destination or staying in and hanging out with our kitties! Emily was honored to stand by Kathleen as her maid of honor for her wedding and can’t wait for Kathleen to stand by her side!

Megan Goosey

Bridesmaid

Megan and Emily met in grade school, but became close friends attending church in Jr. High where they became partners in crime! They spent almost everyday together in class and attending football games. They also made appearances at Midnight Rodeo. Megan stayed in town to attend Drury while Emily left for UCM, which was the first time we ever spent time apart. Even away from each other they still made a point to hang out during breaks. After college Megan traveled and ended up in Bentonville, AR! They still try to get together as much as possible and experience fun times. They even made a wine night while watching the bachelorette finale in a theater! Megan and Emily are always down for a good time and a glass...maybe bottle of wine.
