Unsurprisingly, just like our engagement, we told only a few people in our immediate vicinity the day we eloped. We are not ones for theatrics, grand gestures or being the center of anyone's attention, nor do we know how to properly take a "congrats" or a compliment. We have been dating since 2017 but our history goes back a few year in what we feel was the perfect order. First friends, then best friends, moving on to roommates to eventually dating. This helped us skip the "can we live together?" stage, illuminated our similar interests, and provided a solid groundwork for resolving issues and supporting each other through thick and thin. We are so excited to join our families and cannot wait to continue to spend our lives together!
