Menu Starters - Sweet potato and red pepper soup served with a crusty bread roll. - Prawn cocktail served with herb crostini, baby gem, cucumber and cherry tomato. Mains - Braised feather blade of beef with a red wine sauce - Chicken and haggis ballotine with shallots and a mushroom and thyme sauce - (only for known dietary requirements)- Scottish salmon fillet with roasted tomatoes and salsa Desserts - Ginger sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and salted caramel ice cream - Dark chocolate tart with salted caramel sauce, honeycomb and whipped mascarpone Children's 3 course meal- tomato soup, chicken nuggets with chips and ice cream selection
