Travel Note
July is a very busy time in Newport, so we recommend booking accommodations early. There are plenty of Airbnb options available in Newport and Middletown, as well as nearby areas like Jamestown and Portsmouth—both just minutes from downtown Newport where our venue is and from the vineyard in Middletown where we’ll be hosting our welcome party. Ubers are readily available in the area for easy transportation throughout the weekend. We’ve secured a discounted room block at the Holiday Inn below.

Room reservations will open during the week of August 19, 2026. A 20% discount code will be added here at that time, with a two-night minimum stay required.
