Just two nerds working in the tutoring office at Kutztown University, we quickly bonded over our love of pizza and shared interest in board games. The minute Haley handed Kevin a list of board games to check out, he knew she was the one for him. A fun first date at Tommy Boy's Pizza in Kutztown has turned into 6 years of love and fun.

A seemingly normal Saturday morning in Philadelphia, Kevin wanted to take a hike in the Wissahickon Valley Park. Haley was insistent on other plans - taking Stella to the groomers and doing some shopping around TJ Maxx. After realizing the grooming appointment was accidently booked to the wrong Petco, Haley (begrudgingly) agreed to the hike- completely oblivious to Kevin's plans. Though Haley was confused to why he wanted to bring along a Bluetooth speaker and wear a nice shirt on the hike - they set off along their favorite trail, stopping at their favorite overlook where Kevin asked to take a picture of Haley on the rocks overlooking the park. Haley was still completely oblivious and agreed to the picture (after a bit of complaining since she was not dressed for the occasion- wearing her cat mom hat). She turned around to find Kevin down on one knee and could barely stop crying long enough to say yes.
