Is there transportation to and from the Hilton Garden Inn to the Bedford Village Inn?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn to the Bedford Village Inn (venue) and one following the reception. Times listed below. Hilton → Venue 4:00 PM The shuttle will bring the first wave of guests over to the venue 4:30 PM The shuttle returns to hotel and brings the second wave of guests to the venue Venue → Hilton 9:30 PM departure 10:30 PM departure 11:00 PM departure 11:20 PM departure 11:40PM departure (final shuttle)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour are family-friendly events, but please note that the reception and after party are adults-only (16+), besides for a few immediate family members.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire (slightly dressier than cocktail attire). For men, we suggest a suit and tie. Note - the groomsmen are in tan suits. For women, we suggest mid to longer length dresses or a nice pantsuit. For shoes, since the ceremony will be outside on the grass, think wedges or flats. Note - the bridesmaids are in green dresses.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests; we can only accommodate those invited on your formal wedding invitation. Your invitation will be address as {Your Name} & {Guest} if a plus one has been given to you.

Answer

Yes, the Bedford Village Inn offers plenty of free parking.
