**This is something for you to do as a personal adventure! This is not a planned wedding event. Come early and get to know the unique, artistic town, Mt. Gretna. This historic area has a lot to offer and a lot to do! Take a hike or venture into Hershey. Either way, take the day off and make it a long weekend. 2:00 pm - 2:45 pm
Please park all cars in the United Methodist Church parking lot and the Fire Hall (you will need to walk if you park at the Fire Hall). Please be aware of people that might need parking closer to the ceremony (which would be the church). This wedding ceremony is outdoors but covered. Please dress appropriately. The easiest way to the Tabernacle is to turn onto Pinch Road and then take a left on Behm Rd. The church will be on the left. A shuttle will be provided from the hotel and fire hall to the Timbers for the cocktail hour. The shuttle will begin at 3:30 and run every 30 minutes until 5:00pm.
3:45 pm - 4:45 pm
You will have about an hour between the wedding and the cocktail hour, which begins at 3:45pm at the Timbers. Please use this time to check-in, enjoy a walk and enjoy the peaceful environment, or swing by the Hideaway for a pre-cocktail hour beverage. The cocktail hour and reception is located outdoors but it is also covered. Please dress appropriately. Transportation to the cocktail hour will begin departing from the Hampton Inn at 3:30, 3:45 and 4:00. The shuttle will stop by the Hideaway to pick any cottage guests up as well.
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Dinner will be served buffet style from 5:30-6:30 and the bar will be closed during the dinner hour (cash bar is available). The bar will reopen after dinner. Dancing will follow at 6:30. Quiet hours begin at 9:00pm in Mt. Gretna. Join us for the after party at the Hideaway. Transportation back to the hotel and to cottages will begin at 8:30 and run every 30 minutes until 11:00. There will be a shuttle to the after party (The Hideaway). Please keep in mind the quiet hours and be respectful to the Mt. Gretna community.
9:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The Bride and the Groom will start the after party at the Hideaway. A shuttle will transport all hotel guests back to the hotel at 11:00pm.
