Question

I received a Save-the-Date, but haven't received and invite yet. When can I expect a formal invitation?

Answer

Due to the ever-changing CoViD situation and current Massachusetts restrictions on indoor gatherings, we are limited to a gathering of 25 guests at this time, but we are cautiously optimistic that those restrictions will be relaxed in coming months. This unfortunately leaves our final guest list uncertain at the moment and we have held off on formal invitations as a result.

What are we doing about CoViD testing?

Answer

We highly recommend that you get tested within the week prior to the wedding. If you feel unwell or are experiencing any symptoms of CoViD, please stay home and support us from afar!

How will we get from the hotel in Salem to the venue for the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle bus and passenger van have been arranged to transport guests. They will depart from the Hawthorne Hotel to the venue at 3:15pm, and will depart from the Willowdale Estate back to the hotel at 10:00pm.

Question

What is the hotel room cancellation policy?

Answer

Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax. Any cancellations for dates including a Saturday night during the month of October result in the forfeiture of the one-night deposit made at the time of booking.
