Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, as much as we love your kids this is an adult only event. Children under 13 will not be allowed. No exceptions.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only, please refer to the number of seats saved for you on your RSVP card. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, there will be Wine, Champagne, Beer, and two signature drinks. ** Please note these important venue rules regarding alcohol. If you chose to bring your own alcohol, it must be turned into the bartender so that they can serve it to you. Alcohol cannot be kept in your car. You are welcome to put your name on it to ensure it is served only to you. The venue does not allow bottles. If your alcohol is in a bottle, the bartender is required to serve it to you in a plastic cup. Additionally, anyone caught underage drinking or sneaking alcohol will be removed by security. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the reception being shut down. Thank you for your understanding.**

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception will be held in two seperate areas, each venue has its own convenient parking. Parking is FREE.

Will there be Vegan/Vegetarian options?

Answer

There will be a fruit bar available and if you have any questions about dietary needs please contact Austin or Alexis personally in advance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there will not be transportation to and from hotels due to the fact not everyone will chose to stay at the same hotel, hotel recommendations are in both Dickson, TN and Clarksville, TN.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoor, as for the reception it is indoor/outdoor. There will be activities such as games outside and the barn doors open up to allow an bigger entertaining area.

What is the weather like this time of year?

Answer

During the day temperatures will most likely be 65-75, as for night expect temperatures to drop at least 10 degrees from the daily temperatures. If need be there are outdoor heaters on site and the barn is climate controlled.
