Our attire is black tie optional, and black tie attire is kindly requested. Floor length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxedos, and nice suits. Please be aware that the ceremony and reception will be indoors, but the cocktail hour will be outdoors. The cocktail hour space will have heaters, but it may not be a bad idea to have a shawl or sweater handy. Temperatures in early November for Chattanooga are typically between 55-65 F.
Please visit the RSVP page. Type your first, or last name, or first and last name and hit continue. Do not include the title of your name (ex. Mr. or Mrs.). If you include the title of your name your RSVP will not appear. If you are a couple, family, or have a plus one assigned the members of your party will auto populate for you to select and RSVP for. If you are unable to find your RSVP let us know by text at (501) 831-5586.
There is not a theme for our wedding, and our colors are different shades of pink and red. However, if you are someone who needs attire inspiration feel free to take a look at the venue website. The Hotel Chalet is a boutique hotel with renovated train cars that guests can stay in. The hotel features mid century modern design with rich blues, greens, and golds.
There will not be transportation provided between the ceremony and the reception venue. We do ask that you provide your own transportation. If you do not have your own vehicle available, we recommend uber, lyft, or carpooling! The ceremony and reception venue are a 5 minute drive apart.
We recommend staying at The Hotel Chalet of course! However, if you are looking for somewhere else to stay there are many other hotels downtown such as The Kinley Hotel, The Dwell Hotel, The Chattanoogan, and Hotel Indigo. If you are looking hotels/airbnb's to stay in outside of downtown we recommend looking in Hixon, Red Bank, Lookout Valley, or St. Elmo neighborhoods. The only areas we would NOT recommend staying in are East Ridge, Hamilton Place, and near the airport. East Chattanooga is full of road construction and traffic that is very unpredictable.....it could take you 15 minutes to get to the venue or it could take you an hour.....stay at your own risk!
