The dress code is fall cocktail party attire. No jeans or casual footwear. The ceremony will be held outdoors, and it may be chilly! KY is known for last-minute weather changes- layers are our friend. The reception will be indoors. There is a gravel path to the ceremony site. For anyone who may want to wear heels, we recommend a block heel/wedge/boot to make it easier to navigate.
No, we have chosen not to have children at the wedding. We understand and respect if that impacts people's ability to attend.
No. Due to the number of guests traveling for the wedding and the venue being out of the way, we have opted not to have a formal rehearsal dinner. However, the bride and groom will be available for anyone to come visit them any time after 6:30 PM the evening before the wedding (November 7th). Address to come.
Yes! Emily Birk is our wedding planner and will direct folks where to be and when.
The ceremony site will require guests to walk to. For anyone with accessibility concerns, the wedding venue owner will be able to drive guests to and from the ceremony and reception spaces.
