Update: To allow for more space we have moved the Ceremony & Reception space to Longbridge instead of Redwood, this is within the same venue, so the address is the same.

Question

Can I rsvp online or do I have to mail in an rsvp card?

Answer

We prefer online rsvp through our website or paperless post, but if you requested a paper invite and feel more comfortable mailing in an rsvp card you are more than welcome to!

Question

What date should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please rsvp by June 1st so that we can save you a seat and a plate!

Question

About directions, transportation and accommodations

Answer

If you are coming from Monterey the fastest route is to take highway 101, it's not especially scenic but it is about 1.5 hours. The drive to the venue can get windy, so please consider a designated driver or utilizing an Uber/Lyft or Cupertino's taxi. If you did drive and need to leave your car at the venue overnight for whatever reason you can! :) If you are flying in and need more information please head to the travel tab to find out more about transportation and accommodations.

Question

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Please dress in semi-formal attire, cocktail dresses, formal dresses, tuxedos, and suits with or without neckwear are welcomed options. The bridesmaids will be wearing champagne.

Question

Where is the wedding reception?

Answer

The reception will be at the same venue as the wedding ceremony!

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue for up to 200 guests.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be solely outdoors for the duration of the ceremony and reception. Since it will be mid-July we are expecting warmer weather, we recommend applying your sunblock and bringing your shades for the daytime and light jackets for the evening.

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

For our out-of-town guest's convenience we have blocked rooms at Juniper Hotel Cupertino, please head to the Travel section of our website for more details on how to book.

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

We recommend taking an Uber/Lyft or designating a driver if you plan on driving.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation or check in with the bride or groom if you'd like to bring a plus one. While we'd love to celebrate with your plus ones, due to limited capacity at our venue we are unable to welcome everyone.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We have welcomed children on our invitations, but it is completely up to you if you would like to bring them. We recommend bringing them snacks if they are picky eaters, as the meals will be buffet-style. There will be lawn games and coloring books available as well!

Question

What type of food will be served?

Answer

There will be a buffet-style meal with a selection of meat, vegan dishes, and salads will be served and an open bar.
