What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by July 10, 2024, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We kindly ask you to arrive around 4:30/4:45pm to mingle with other guests and take your seat before the “I Do’s”!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire: Formal/Cocktail We would love for our guests to dress up with us! Ideas -> dresses, nice jumpsuits, suits, sport coats, and dress pants. Most of the ground covering is turf grass and pavers so ladies, feel free to wear your heels or wedges! :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones - however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family or children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night! Thank you for understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample on-site parking for the ceremony and reception. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicle overnight if they wish to take an Uber back to their hotel and pick it up in the morning before 9am. We prioritize the safety of our guests, and we want you to relax and enjoy our special day.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

All three are at the same venue and will take place outside!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be unlimited beer, white wine and red wine. We will also have a seltzer option. We are sorry to say that due to the location of the venue, no hard liquor is permitted to be served on-site.

How's the cell service?

Answer

Verizon is the only carrier that gets full service out here in the redwoods! However, there is free wifi that you will be able to connect to once at the venue.
