Worth the Wait

Chapter 1: March 2018 Gianna and Josh meet. Their friends started seeing each other and as the respective best friends, Josh and Gianna ended up spending a lot of time together. Gianna’s grandparents immediately adored him. Soon, they became best friends. Their first time really hanging out was at Yokohama Bay on Oahu. Josh played guitar, Gianna swooned, deep conversations were had and things escalated from there. Chapter 2: April 2018 Gunner is added to the family. Chapter 3: May 2018 Gianna and Josh started to date (and had their first kiss). They returned to Yokohama Bay and that was where they realized that they were in love with one another. Chapter 4: June 2018 Josh deployed for six months Chapter 5: November | December | January 2018 |2019 Josh returned from deployment and met Gianna’s family, where her dad gently hazed him. They were able to spend their first holiday season together. (And returned to Yokohama Bay to show her parents where the magic happened). Chapter 6: June 2019 They visited Seattle and Florida, and Gianna met Josh’s family for the first time. Chapter 7: August 2019 Josh surprised Gianna and took her back to Yokohama Bay, where they added another magical moment to the location by PROPOSING to her. Chapter 8: December 2019 Josh deployed again. Chapter 9: April 2020 Sansa joins the family. Chapter 9: May 2020 Gianna and Josh celebrated their 2 year anniversary! Chapter 10: December 2020 The wedding gets postponed due to COVID and Gianna graduates from Hawaii Pacific University. Chapter 11: February 2021 Cali is adopted. Chapter 12: April 2021 Josh retires from the Marine Corps. Chapter 13: May 2021 Josh and Gianna move to Georgia. Josh enlists in the Army. They celebrate their three year anniversary.
